Why use Berrison...?
how we help…
We’re all about you and your business.
But rather than telling you, let’s start with what our clients have to say…
“Berrison have consistently helped me to improve the business performance of leaders and teams in several major businesses over the last 20 years. Wherever I have asked them to assist be it in Europe, Asia, Africa or the USA their services have always been enthusiastically received. They always produce reliable high quality results ” – Andy Kemp, HR Director De La Rue
“It was an absolute pleasure working with Berrison Event’s from start to finish. We were quite late booking the event but the guys turned everything around very quickly. There was no need for us to chase for information and their flexibility and clear proposal was a big help. Great event would have no hesitation in working with them again.” – Georgina Cunningham Marketing Executive, Reckitt Benckiser, Dublin
“One of the best, if not the best courses I have ever attended. It focused me, gave me greater self awareness, developed my skills and confidence as a leader, developed a strong management network in the business and gave me coaching and performance skills…… not bad for 5 days and very enjoyable” – Mark Hanzard – Bibby Distribution – UK
"You'll be jumping for joy!"
this is how we help
People who are led well and work as a team, duplicate less and get more done.
The right leadership culture providing, focus, clarity and support, makes people want to stay.
Clear goals, roles and responsibilities and effective leadership help people perform.
Focus people in a supportive environment, innovate more and take more risks.
Creativity and innovation is an outcome of an open, supportive and communicative environment.
Communication flow increases when leaders break down barriers and connect people, teams and departments.
Seriously Focused fun
Is the apt way to describe our approach, we’re a passionate, knowledgeable, innovative team with decades of experience between us. We all enjoy going the extra mile. We’re engaging, focused professional but…Seriously lacking in acronyms and jargon.
Berrison was formed in 2008 as a learning and development company focused on helping its customers lead, communicate and work in teams, with the overall aim of improving their business performance.
NXT Gen events came into the fold in 2011 to become Berrison Events and Activities. The two business units complement and enhance each other’s service range and quality.
We are constantly reviewing and developing what we do. We work extensively with partners such as Thomas international to extend our own knowledge and offer greater services. Our current project is to develop an online support thingy called “Go Lead” to provide a user-friendly learning and support facility.
Berrison deliver services globally in Europe, America and the middle east, oh! and here in the UK too. We have a wide range of clients across business sectors giving us a rich seam of experience and knowledge to tap into.
We also have a great coffee machine. So drop in If you’re passing
MEET THE DIRECTORS
Berrison has a large talented pool of ‘misfits and mad people!”
Mad because they like to stand in front of highly expectant “what am I doing here” managers and deliver exceptional engagement and results.
Misfits because they don’t fit the traditional trainer’s mould and use a personalised style to help people to think, develop and connect learning to the business environment.
All our facilitators have industry specific and academic knowledge which allows us to offer you the right fit for your business, a fit that will be in alignment with your business culture.
